QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, GIS or a related field. Experience in AutoCAD and GIS software (e.g. ArcGIS, QGIS). Saudi Driving License
( or any other GCC country license)
Experience in GCC will preferred.
